Digital delivery only
All products sold by TurbotaxMall LLC are digital software licenses. No physical product is shipped, and there are no shipping or handling charges.
Delivery time
Your license code is delivered instantly after payment is confirmed, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is:
- displayed on your order confirmation page,
- emailed to the address you entered at checkout, and
- saved in My Account → Orders.
In rare cases (for example an order held for payment verification), delivery can take up to 24 hours. We will email you if your order needs attention.
Delivery area
We sell to customers in the United States. The software we sell is for preparing US federal and state tax returns.
Downloading your software
After you receive your license code, download the software from the publisher’s official website, install it and enter the code when prompted. See How delivery works for step-by-step instructions.
Didn’t receive your code?
Check your spam or junk folder and My Account → Orders. If you still cannot find it, contact us with your order number and we will resend it immediately.
