This website, turbotaxmall.com, is operated by TurbotaxMall LLC (“Turbotax Mall”, “we”, “us”), an independent consumer software retailer located at 17404 Hawthorne Blvd, Suite 210, Torrance, CA 90504, United States. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Intuit Inc., H&R Block, or the Internal Revenue Service. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order.
3. Products and licenses
We sell license codes for third-party software. Each product page states the edition, tax year, what is included and the supported operating systems. Your use of the software is governed by the publisher’s end-user license agreement, which you accept when you install and activate it. Each license code may be activated only as permitted by that agreement.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of order. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, or an obvious pricing error; if we cancel, any payment is refunded in full.
5. Delivery
License codes are delivered electronically as described in our Shipping & delivery policy. Keep your license code confidential; you are responsible for codes after they are delivered to you.
6. Refunds and returns
Refunds, replacements and returns are governed by our Refund & return policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. No tax advice
We sell software only. We do not provide tax, legal, accounting or financial advice, and nothing on this website is such advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of your tax returns.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to resell license codes purchased from us in violation of the publisher’s license terms, or interfere with the website’s security or operation.
9. Intellectual property
Product names, logos and packaging images are trademarks or copyrights of their respective owners and are used only to identify the products offered for sale. All other website content is owned by TurbotaxMall LLC.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The software is provided by its publisher under the publisher’s own warranty terms. Except as stated in our Refund & return policy and to the extent permitted by law, we provide this website and our services “as is”, without other warranties of any kind.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including tax penalties or interest arising from the preparation of your return.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
